Custom beamer theme (Durango theme)

The philosophy behind this template is

1. Simplicity

2. Help non-experts to know when something introductory is presented and help experts when something more advance is presented utilizing short section names.

3. Help with page numbers that only run when actual content is displayed. This is useful for questions and discussions.
